Terms & Conditions for BX Idaho LLC

Welcome to BX Idaho LLC. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and the purchase of custom apparel products. Please read them carefully. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Non-Returnable Items

All custom apparel products are made-to-order based on your specifications, including design, size, and color preferences. Due to the personalized nature of these items, they are considered non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed and production begins, except in cases of defects or errors on our part.

Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for mistakes made during the ordering process unless the error is caused by our team.

 2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly made (such as wrong size, design, or color), we will issue a replacement. Claims must be made within 7-10 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a replacement:

- You must notify us promptly within the specified timeframe.
- Provide clear photos or evidence showing the defect, damage, or error.
- Confirm details of the issue with our customer service team.

Note: We reserve the right to evaluate the evidence and determine whether the claim qualifies for a replacement.

3. Proof and Inspection Process

To facilitate the processing of claims related to damages, defects, or errors, customers may be asked to provide:

- Photographs of the item showing the defect, damage, or incorrect detail.
- A description of the issue.
- Additional evidence if necessary.

Once we receive the required information, our team will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If the claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or correction.

 4. Customization Errors and Company Responsibility

In cases where the error is caused by BX Idaho LLC (e.g., incorrect design, spelling, color, or other customization details), we will take full responsibility and:

- Reprint or correct the item at no additional cost.
- Cover all associated shipping and handling fees for the replacement.

Customers are responsible for verifying all submitted details (designs, text, colors, sizes) prior to order submission, as we rely on customer confirmation to avoid errors.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

- Once an order is confirmed and production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
- If you wish to make changes before production begins, contact us immediately. Changes are subject to approval based on production status.
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified after production has commenced.

 6. Pricing, Payment, and Shipping

- All prices are quoted at the time of order and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment must be received in full before production begins.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and chosen shipping method.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

7. Media, Photographs, and Marketing Use

By submitting images or photographs of your custom apparel ("Media") to BX Idaho LLC, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such Media in our advertising, marketing materials, website, social media, and other promotional channels.

This may include:

• Posting images of the apparel on our website or social media platforms.
• Using photographs in promotional campaigns, catalogs, advertisements, and portfolios.
• Sharing images with third-party collaborators for marketing purposes.

You agree that you own or have permission to use the Media submitted and that your submission does not infringe on any third-party rights.

If you do not wish your images to be used for marketing, please clearly specify this in your communication with us.

8. Liability and Limitation of Liability

- BX Idaho LLC is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by postal or courier services.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Idaho, USA. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Idaho. 

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
